False. If you move them, you can cause more damage. Keep pressure on the internal bleeding location. Keep the person calm because he heart beats slower making less blood come out. Hope this helps! ;)

You do not under any circumstances keep anyone moving if the have a severe hemorrhage. Moving only makes the bleeding worse and can risk exsanguanation.

What you should is apply continuous pressure on the wound or just above the wound, while keeping... The patient still.
