Let's plug some values and see which satisfy the equations:

Testing
y = (1)/(2)x-3:

(2, -2) \to -2 = (1)/(2)\cdot 2 - 3 = 1-3, which holds.

(4, -1) \to -1 = (1)/(2)\cdot 4 - 3 = 2-3, which holds.

(6, 0) \to 0 = (1)/(2)\cdot 6 - 3 = 3-3, which holds.

Since only one line can pass through these three points, we can already claim that the first option is the correct one.
