I get headaches from eating eggs? I noticed a couple of years ago that I get a headache whenever I eat eggs. At first I thought maybe it was because of the oil, but even if I make it without oil I get a headache at the front of my head. Why does this happen, and is there anything I can do about it?

With an egg allergy, your immune system reacts by attacking substances that your body can't tolerate. Right after you eat eggs, you might notice symptoms such as itchy rashes and swelling, especially around your face and throat.

I dont think this is the place to ask that. I would recommend finding a health forum to ask this on and contacting your doctor. Maybe you have a slight allergy to eggs and your body reacts with a headache. But most of us are probably not drs so we cant give you a solid answer. I do hope you figure it out though!
