Where is the femur particularly susceptible to a fracture

The femur, whilst the strongest bone in the human body does have two week spots. The Neck and head of the femur, which connect to the Hip, is usually the cause of a broken "hip". This area is much weaker and less dense than that of the rest of the femur, making it fairly susceptible.
