Under most normal circumstances the scenario would have you most calling for a Nephrologist (person who studies kidneys) or a Urologist (person responsible for the urinary tract and urination). Don't be confused however. These are the signs and symptoms of a UTI and so you'd send the patient to a Urologist. Remember if there is anything up with urination you send to a Urologist.
