-4y = 20x - 44
y = (20x - 44) / -4
y = 11 - 5x

Get y by itself. Subtract 44 from both sides. Then you get the equation -4y=20x-44. Then divide by -4 to both sides to get y=-5x+11. Y=-5x+11 is correct. Hope this helps! ;)
