The angle formed by the intersection of tangent and secant outside the circle equals half the difference of the intercepted arcs.

(210 - x)/2 = 50
210 - x = 50*2
210 - x = 100
210 - 100 = x
x = 110°

Please explain how to get answer I'm confused thanks!
