What type of government does north korea have and the parts of its government?

Officially, North Korea has a democratic government. They have a three branch government, judicial, administrative, and legislative, but the three are not independent of each other. They have an assembly and a congress and supreme courts, but in reality it is all controlled by the workers party and their current leader Kim Jong Un.
