During a hot day, the water which is lost through sweat produces a condition which decreases the volume of the blood (fluid).
The decrease in blood (fluid) volume occurs due to increase in the osmolarity of blood (fluid), which is increase in the concentration of solutes in the blood (fluid). It is detected by the osmoreceptors that are present in the hypothalamus.
