On a scaled map,a rectangular poster has dimensions of 6 inches by 8 inches.If one inch on the scale equates to 10 meters in reality,what would be the area of the poster?

If one inch equals 10 meters, then multiply each inch by 10 to get the real dimensions (in meters)
6 * 10 = 60
8 * 10 = 80
Then multiply the length of the sides to get the area
60 * 80 = 4800 meters squared.
