A doctor gives a patient a 9090â% chance of surviving bypass surgery after a heart attack. if the patient survives theâ surgery, then the patient has a 5555â% chance that the heart damage will heal. find the probability that the patient survives the surgery and the heart damage heals.

The patient has a 64% chance of recovering fully. What I'd do is take 90% and take 55% of that.
