The compound is BILE.Bile is produced by the liver and moved into the gall bladder for storage. When the bile is needed for digestive process, it will be moved from the gall bladder into the small intestine. Bile participates in digestion by breaking fats into tiny droplets. Breaking the fats into tiny droplets increases their surface areas and make them susceptible to lipase enzymes attack.
