I'm hope I'm reading this question properly
We split this into to parts. The inner section g(2) and the outer section f(g(2))
First do the inner

g(x)=x+3
g(2)=2+3
g(2)=5

The outer section is basically functioning the answer of the inner section

F(x)=x^3 + 4
F(g(2))= (g(2))^3 +4
So:
F(g(2))=5^3 +4

=129
I hope this was clear enough hope it helps!
