Well aside from the usual bogus of advanced technology, I'd say the thing i would most probably be looking forward to is the standardization of care throughout the entirety of the healthcare field, meaning that me as a doctor would have access to all and easy to read medical records of a patient (without wasting time seeking authorizations).
Also another good idea is insurance (i think I've encouraged you to think outside the box) so try and see how you can make this work.
