Risk behavior means a lifestyle activity can put someone at risk for illness and/ or injury, or maybe suffer from a specific condition. It's important for teens to be aware of this because something they do can be risky and ruin their life if done wrong. If a teen researches more on the dangers of risk behavior then it's less likely that they will permanently hurt themselves, or get themselves sick.
