-21 < -7n < -14 ...divide all sections by -7, and change the inequality sign
-21/-7 > (-7/-7)n > -14/-7 ...simplify
3 > n > 2 <==

** the reason u switch the inequality sign is because when dividing/multiplying by a negative, it is required
