In general parameter of rectangle is =
`2(l+b)`

So the parameter of window is =
`2( (20)/(3) + (31)/(4)) = 2* ((80+ 93))/(12) = 2* (173)/(12) = 28.834`

So the required length of wood to frame window is = 28.834 feet
