a rationla power is a power in form a/b

remeber these 2 simple rules
1.
x^(-m)=(1)/(x^m)
2.
x^(m)/(n)=\sqrt[n]{x^m}

and the combo of these

x^(-m)/(n)=\frac{1}{\sqrt[n]{x^m}}

that's all
