The first amendment guarantees us freedom of speech but I don't think it's okay to scream "fire!" in a crowded theater when there is no fire.
Because its right first amendment grant us freedom of speech but this is not right to put other lives in dangerous situations and to do any act from which people become worried.
First amendment guarantees us the freedom of speech, to choose your own religion, to assemble, to petition, and freedom of the press. But misuse of this is not right.
