The FOIL method stands for First, Outside, Inside, Last, and is a simple way to ensure you have distributed your terms correctly. When we distribute this out, we get 10x^3-35x^2+2x^2-7. We can combine like-terms to simplify this into
10x^4-33x^2-7
.
