The one responsible for providing secure and safe transportation of the patient to the vehicle and the entrance of the hospital is the rescue team because they need to make sure that the person they are rescuing will be provided safety as they are responsible for rescuing and making the people safe and to have provide them the care they need as they are not yet being treated in the hospital.
