It is unlawful in the State of Florida for any person to operate a motor vehicle unless each passenger of the vehicle under the age of 18 years is restrained by a safety belt or by a child restraint device.
Florida has Seat belt laws, if you violate the seat belt law you will charge $30. All passengers who are sitting on the front seat must wear the seat belt. Always wear the seat belts as it is for our safety.
