If a corporation has two classes of common stock, the unique thing about the second or class b common stock would be: It has inferior dividend payments.
Class b commons stock tend to be cheaper compared to class A common stock. Of course, to balance it out, the Company will give more dividend to the type A compared to the type B common stock
