In an isosceles trapezoid, the two diagonals are congruent.
Therefore SV=TU, or 3x-11=x+13
Solve for x in
3x-11=x+13
subtract x-11 from either side to isolate x,
3x-x=13+11
2x=24
x=12

Check: SV=3(12)-11=25 = (12)+13 = TU, ok.

Answer: x=12
