Consider the expressions separately:


(35)/(25-5*4)= (35)/(25-20)=(35)/(5)=7


(225)/(( 5*6-5 )( (729)/(81) ))= (225)/(( 30-5 )( 9 ))= (225)/(( 25 )( 9 ))= (9)/(9)=1

So:
(35)/(25-5*4)-(225)/(( 5*6-5 )( (729)/(81) ))=1-7=-6
