A creative work is considered to be copyrighted at the time of the creation of a work. The author composer is the owner of the intellectual property because according to international law, it is considered an automatic right.

the expression "copyright" is used to describe the rights of creators over their literary and artistic works. Works that lend themselves to copyright protection range from books, music, painting, sculpture and films to computer programs, databases, advertisements, maps and technical drawings. It will not apply to news of the day or events that have the character of simple press information.
