( -(x)/(7) )+ 4 - 3(x) \ \textgreater \ 0
Solve this:
(x)/(7)
Take the '0' from behind the equal sign in the first step

0 - (x)/(7) + 4 - 3x \ \textgreater \ ?

(-4(7))/(7)

-7(4) = 28 - x

(28 - x)/(7)
- 3(x0 \ \textgreater \ ?

(3(x))/(7)
Your inequality plot would be:
-3.143 (4.0) \ \textless \ 0
We have One Solution in this problem
Your answer would be:
x\ \textless \ (14)/(11) if we added
(14)/(11) both sides of the inequality plot

Side Note: You don't have to do this method to solve inequalities, you can do whatever helps you out more

So, you're correct with your answer as C.

(-x)/(7)+4\geq3x\\ -x+28\geq21x\\ 22x\leq28\\ x\leq(28)/(22)\\ x\leq(14)/(11)
