The administrative model was developed to help decision making of managers and attain the optimal result. This is in consideration that people have different levels of understanding in handling administrative situations. In an administrative model, when a decision becomes a solution, it then becomes a standard operating procedure (SOP). It is collected and used as a solution to future problems that the company would face.
SOP is integrated into the management as rules or procedures to help the company.
