If the DNA sequence TTCACG is transcribed to AAGGC, what type of mutation has occurred?

It's a combination of deletion and insertion mutation.

From TTCACG to AAGGC

TTC was deleted from the DNA sequence.
AG is added or inserted in the DNA sequence.

Other types of mutation aside from Deletion and Insertion are Substitution and Frame Shift.
