The correct answer is B.

The first thing that must always be done in conflict resolution is to calm down. Anger resolves nothing. After that then set ground rules that way you both know where you stand. Then begin to talk things through rationally and calmly voicing your opinion. Then listen to the other people voice their opinions. Then reach a resolution.
