CoCl₂(s) → Co²⁺(aq) + 2Cl⁻(aq)

n(CoCl₂)=0.27 mol

n(Co²⁺)=n(CoCl₂)
n(Cl⁻)=2n(CoCl₂)

n=n(Co²⁺)+n(Cl⁻)=3n(CoCl₂)

n=3*0.27=0.81 mol
