They did it by drawing a lot of inspiration from the Greek world which was famous and recognizable everywhere. They also built basilicas and temples that were similar to what was seen elsewhere and this was a clear evidence of how cultures mingled. This was done because the changes in the Roman society were based on how the foreign relations were going since they incorporated many new things.
