Hi!

So x represents the number of bananas we can buy. Now let's set up the inequality.

0.39x ___ 5.85

Since we can't go greater than 5.85, we can use that less than or equal to sign.

0.39x ≤ 5.85
^ the answer

Hope this helps! :)

0.39b≤5.85 divide both sides by 0.39

b≤15

0≤b≤15

So you can purchase any amount of bananas from zero to fifteen.
