The perimeter of a square is P = 4(side length). Here, P = 4(5 4/5), or
P = 4(29/5). This is the same as P = 116/5. You can reduce that to a mixed number by dividing 5 into 116: P = 23 1/5.

29/5+29/5+29/5+29/5= 23 1/5
