Compare the number of x intercepts in the graph f(x)=x2 to the number of x intercepts in the graph of g(x)=x2-7. Be sure to include the transformation that occurred between the parent function f(x) and its image g(x)

with x^2 the x-intercept is (0,0) because it meets at the origin. there are two x intercepts for g(x)=x^2-7 but only one x-int for f(x)=x^2. g(x) SHIFTED DOWN by 7 since the y-int is -7
