When an injury has been iced and wrapped, the next thing that is advisable to do it to elevate the injury that is in level with the chest, by doing this, it will lessen the swelling and pain that the person is experiencing. Having the injury in iced should be timed because prolonging it could also be a disadvantage. Having the ice should be depending whether they are major or minor injuries because in minor injuries, icing the injury does not need for it to stay too long compared to major injuries.
