After the recent bribery scandal that happened in Walmart, they were already making great effort to manage the ethics and social responsibility of the company. It was reported that they have already spent $612 million dollars to answer these concern in the ethics. They have improved their system to restructure their internal ethics and compliance systems though this resulted doubt and restlessness among the shareholders.
