There is only one sentence which has a subject-verb agreement error, and that is [3] Neither he nor his parents thinks he'll have time to do the work for both courses.
With the conjunction neither...nor, you have to use the plural form of the verb. So, instead of saying neither he nor his parents thinks, you should use the plural form, which is think. The other sentences are all correct.
