You multiply by 2 them subtract by 2.
3*2=6
6-2=4
4*2=8
8-2=6
6*2=12
12-2=10
10*2=20
20-2=18
Sequence:
3, 6, 4, . 6, 12, 10, 20, 18...(and so on)

If you break this up (3,6) (4,8) (6,12) (10, ?) you notice that everything is being multiplied by 2 and then 2 is subtracted. Therefore 10*2 would give you 20.
Final Sequence:
3 6 4 8 6 12 10 20
