To not be able to feel or experience abdominal cramping. It is because although this could be experience by most girls before having their period, it is not common to those who just experience their first menstrual period for they are just starting. Abdominal cramping is most likely common and experienced by females who already has their first period and would likely experience them before they exhibit it again.
