If Russell is eating the same exact thing and only a small amount each time and is skipping his meals. One diagnosis that is most likely is malnutrition. When a person is malnourished the most common cognitive effect is confusion. Russell will need to start eating more food and not skip his meals. He should be seen by a doctor to rule out any other diagnosis.
