Psychoanalysis is a form of therapeutic technique form Sigmund Freud that uses the patients; free resistances, associations, dreams and transferences with the therapists' interpretation on them to help liberate the persons; repressed feelings and gain insight into current conflicts into helping them. Whereas the interpersonal therapy or ITP primarily targets on relieving the current symptoms of unconscious conflicts instead from interpreting intensively.
