Distribute first then solve 5(2x-3) = 10x -15

Thus 10x -15 = 5 now solve for x by adding 15 to both sides of the equation
10x -15 +15 = 5 +15
thus
10x = 20
now divide both sides by 10

(10x)/(10) = (20)/(10)

Thus x = 2
