Since you present no answer choices, I will assume that you want to express
4(6x+9)- 2(5x-6) in the simplest possible terms.
Multiplying, 24x + 36 - 10x + 12
Combining like terms: 14x + 48, or 2(7x+24).

24x + 36 - 10x + 12 =
14x + 48 =
2(7x + 24)
