Answer is: A. Unsaturated.

Unsaturated solution means that more of a substance can be dissolved.

For example, solubility of potassium chlorate (KClO₃) at 100 grams of water at 80°C is 37.5 g, that means that all 37.5 g is completely dissolves, this is the saturated solution.

If we add 20 grams of potassium chlorate, there is less solute than the saturated solution, so this is unsaturated solution.
