The answer is pay equity. Pay equity goes further than the notion of equal pay for equal work. It states that people in jobs that have need of similar levels of education, training, or skills should be given equal pay for the jobs they are doing. This also focuses on determining whether the distribution of resources is reasonable to both relational partners.
