each angle has a sin, cos, and tan associated with it.
in a right angled triangle there are two other angles which each have ratios.

There are two sine ratios, two cosine ratios, and two tangent ratios for any right triangle. It totally depends where the terminal side of right triangle lies. If it lies in first quadrant all trigonometric ratios will be positive .In second quadrant Sine and Cosecant of any angle will be positive.In Third tan and cot of any angle will be positive.And in fourth Quadrant secant and cos of any angle will be positive.So, there is one positive and one negative value of any of the trigonometric function.That's why all the trigonometric function have two real values.
