If it lies in first quadrant all trigonometric ratios will be positive .In second quadrant Sine and Cosecant of any angle will be positive.In Third tan and cot of any angle will be positive.And in fourth Quadrant secant and cos of any angle will be positive.So, there is one positive and one negative value of any of the trigonometric function.That's why all the trigonometric function have two real values.
