Use Boyle's law of gases: at constant temperature, PV = constant.
=> P1 * V1 = P2 * V2
=> V2 = (P1 * V1) / (P2)
=> V2 = (100 kPa * 25 ml ) / (150 kPa) = 16.7 ml ≈ 17 ml
Answer: 17 ml (rounded to two significan figures)
