This condition of the eyes is referred to ophthalmoparesis or ophthalmoplegia. This is a paralysis of extraocular muscles. The main function of these muscles is to be responsible for eye movements. It is usually comes with neurologic or ophthalmologic disease but the reason of this problem can also ba found in endocrine area.
