I'm guessing that this is a multiple choice in which case I would have to go with the first choice. Not only is that answer true, but is the only choice that is actually beneficial to India. Flooding, devastation, and loss of life, a very hot and dry period, and strong seasonal winds are all either untrue or have a negative impact on India.
